Combining glass, wood, steel, stone, concrete, textiles, paper and repurposed items holds rich possibilities. Japanese haiku, northwestern totem poles, and cultural artifacts, inspire my sculpture. I am moving stained glass out of its traditional role, to use its color, light, and texture in sculptural ways.
